In case you receive a defective product upon opening the package, please get in touch with us immediately. Please provide us with convincing evidence such as photos or videos. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly to your satisfaction. Should a solution be unattainable, we will swiftly arrange for the product to be returned to us. Simply await the return label and drop off the item at the designated courier counter. Rest assured, you will not incur any shipping costs.
All of our custom consoles include a 6-month limited warranty. If there are any mistakes during installation, like a loose solder connection, we might ask you to send the item to a recommended professional for help. In this case, we will cover all repair costs. Alternatively, we may provide you with a return label to avoid any charges.
You can’t take a modified console to an authorized service center for repair because the original warranty is no longer valid.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by the user or the console itself, such as console bricking, physical damage, or a corrupted system/components. Feel free to reach out to us for any assistance or information you may need.
Although we typically do not offer refunds, you do have the option to request a refund if you choose not to keep the item after returning the defective product.
You are entitled to a refund if the item is in its original condition with all accessories. However, if the item has missing parts/accessories or has been tampered with or opened, the refund option is no longer valid.
How to Return a Purchased Item
Although we typically do not accept returns, we may consider making an exception under certain circumstances. In such a case, we will provide you with a return label for your convenience. Simply affix the return label to the original packaging and take the item to the courier counter. We won’t charge the shipping cost to you.
