Why is the price of the console so high? Could you provide a breakdown of the cost?
All products sold here are modded, hence the higher price compared to the official price. For instance, the OLED White costs US$350 for the base product and an extra US$100 for the modding fee, excluding the shipping cost. Additionally, you may be subject to taxes from your country.
What does Modded on the product title mean?

How is the durability of the modded consoles?
It is important to remember that even non-modified consoles can have issues, which is valid for modded consoles. Modifying a console can lower its durability due to various factors, such as changes in software, hardware, and potential side effects. If you choose to purchase a modded console, it is essential to be aware of the risks and possible consequences that come with it.
What are the risks and possible outcomes of modded consoles?
Besides voiding the original console warranty, console, and account bans are examples of the software side if you don’t follow the rules.
What will be the region of the console?
You will receive a Japanese or Asian region console, which is region-free. The power supply adapter is multi-voltage and compatible worldwide. However, you may need a power adapter plug matching your country’s electrical outlet.
May I request for a power supply adapter that is compatible with the electrical outlet in my country?
We can only offer two types of power supply adapter which is the EU (Type C) or the USA/JAP (Type A) plug. You can request to have any of those types, but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill them.
Does the console include games?
No, it doesn’t. But it includes the boot pack if you order with the SD card option.
Can we install or play legit games online?

Steam Deck Products
Are the Steam Deck sold on this website brand new?
The console are brand new along with their original accessories unless it is stated in the description or title. Due to modifications, the packaging was opened, but the product is still brand new.
What kind of mod do you apply to the console ?
We disassemble the console, remove the existing 64GB eMMC chip, and then upgrade the internal memory to 1TB or 2TB.
Is it possible to request games ?
Unfortunately no. We dont install games into the console.
Is it possible to request Windows 11 installations?
While Windows can be installed on the Steam Deck, we do not provide this service.
Can we request apps / emulators ?
Unfortunately no, we don't offer that kind of service
Does the console come with a screen protector?
As a default, we have applied a tempered glass screen protector.
Shipping
When will you ship the item after completing the payment?
Once payment is received, we’ll ship the item within 1-3 days.
What shipping method do you use?
We use either DHL or UPS for shipping. Once the item has been shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.
Is it possible to purchase multiple items and have them shipped in a single package?
We can only ship two items with batteries in one package due to shipping regulations. Additional items will be shipped separately with different tracking numbers.
How to find the shipping cost to my country?
Please make sure to enter your address accurately when placing an order to receive the correct shipping cost.
Why is the shipping cost to my address so expensive?
We only accept DHL or UPS for shipping. Please double-check your address, zip code, and country to avoid costly errors. Our shipping prices are lower than official UPS/DHL rates.
What should I do if my country is not listed on your website for ordering?
If your country is not listed on our site, it means that we cannot deliver the item to you through our shipping courier. I apologize as we are unable to bypass the regulations.
Is there any other cheaper shipping method?
I’m sorry to say that UPS or DHL are the only available shipping methods. This is due to the national courier service’s policy prohibiting shipments containing batteries.
Do you put insurance in every shipment?
Certainly, we put insurance on every shipment, and the declared value determines the amount of coverage.
Claim & Warranty
Do all the customized consoles come with a warranty?
All of our custom consoles include a 6-month limited warranty. If we make any mistakes during installation (such as a loose solder connection), we may ask you to send the item to someone we recommend. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs. Alternatively, we may provide you with a return label to avoid any charges.
It is impossible to bring a modded console to an authorized service center for repair since the original warranty has been voided.
The warranty does not apply to cases caused by the user or the console itself, like console brick, physical damage, or a corrupted system/components. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any help or info.
Could you please clarify what items are covered and excluded under the warranty?
These are the issues that are covered by the warranty :
- Loose solder connection
- Damaged / abnormal chip behavior
And these are not covered by the warranty:
- Console with physical damaged
- A console tampered with/attempted to be repaired by others/consumers / non-authorized persons.
- Console with bricked/banned system due to consumer usage
- Console with defective system function such as a Wifi / Bluetooth connectivity issue, game card issue, sd card issue, display issue, and other parts with no direct connection with the mod kit.
How can we return the product?
We regret that returns are only accepted with prior approval. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review your order before paying. However, if you encounter any issues or require assistance with your purchased item or information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I don’t receive my order. Can I get a refund?
It is essential to review your address before finalizing the order. You can keep tabs on your shipment as it makes its way to you, and rest assured that it is legitimate. If you don’t receive your item, please get in touch with DHL or UPS with compelling evidence. We cannot be held accountable for any lost packages and will not provide refunds or send replacements for any missing items.
I received a damaged item; how can I submit a claim for a refund?
All our items come with shipping insurance for your peace of mind. We recommend taking a quick unboxing video or picture when you receive your order. In the unlikely event that your item arrives with physical damage, please get in touch with UPS or DHL immediately and file a claim with them.
If you receive a defective item, please let us know immediately. Our top priority is to assist you in finding a solution. Moreover, you will be provided with a personalized video link showcasing the proper functionality of your order as it is being shipped.

Why is the currency displayed in the Indonesian Rupiah?
We are in Indonesia, and in compliance with the country’s regulations, we can only receive payments in Indonesian Rupiah. Nevertheless, if you’d like to see the prices displayed in other currencies, such as USD, you may choose the currency option at the top right corner of the page.

Do you offer send-in jobs?
We provide console repairs and modding services in Indonesia for local customers. It is not cost-effective to send the console to us from another country due to high import tax and return shipping fees. If you still choose to send the console to us, please ensure it is in excellent condition and not labeled as used or for repair to avoid rejection and delay by Indonesian customs. We use UPS or DHL for return shipments.
