Welcome to STHETIX! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the STHETIX KREASI TEKNOLOGI (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) website, www.sthetix.info (the “Site”), on any device.
The Site offers video guides hosted on YouTube and Odysee, displayed as a video wall, and an online store powered by Ecwid selling brand-new items (unless stated otherwise) and custom consoles. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where we’re based, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Indonesian courts.
Terms Modification
We may update these Terms anytime by posting a revised version on the Site. Changes take effect immediately. Continued use after updates means you accept them. Check back often.
Assignment
We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms to any party without notice.
Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or older to use the Site and make a purchase. If 13–17, use it only with a parent/guardian’s supervision who agrees to these Terms. Under 13? Not allowed.
Content Permission & Restrictions
The Site’s design, text, videos (via YouTube/Odysee embeds), graphics, and features (“Content”) are owned/licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property (IP) laws. Use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership transfers to you.
Don’t copy, distribute, modify, sell, or misuse Content (except sharing videos via YouTube/Odysee features). Misuse may lead to legal liability.
On-site Information Accuracy
We aim for accurate Site info, but it might be incomplete or outdated. Product details, prices, and availability can change without notice. Colors/specs may vary by device. All items are brand new with original accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise in the title or description. We don’t guarantee availability.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Xendit.co.id (credit/debit cards), Wise.com (manual transfers), and cryptocurrency (Aurpay). We do not accept PayPal. If these primary methods fail, contact us for an alternate link (note: alternate payment methods may incur a higher final price). Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah per local law; you may view an estimate in USD via the currency selector.
Order Confirmation & Changes
You’ll get an email confirming your Ecwid order. Your order is accepted only after payment is successfully approved and debited. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders (e.g., stock issues), notifying you via the email/phone provided. Once payment is processed, orders cannot be changed; however, contact us immediately to add items or cancel a pre-processing order.
Product Availability
Stock is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we’ll email you promptly. Shipping confirmation will be sent once your order physically ships.
Shipping Conditions
We ship worldwide from Indonesia via DHL/UPS within 1 to 5 business days of payment approval. Enter your address accurately in Ecwid for correct costs (insurance included). Maximum of two items containing batteries are permitted per package; any extras must ship separately and will incur additional shipping charges. We’ll email tracking. We are not liable for delays due to weather, customs, or logistics. We are not liable for lost packages; customers must file claims directly with DHL/UPS using the provided tracking and insurance details. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility—please check your local regulations.
Sales, Warranty, and Returns (Aligned with Final Policy)
Sales & Returns
All sales are final—no returns accepted unless the item is found to be defective or incorrect upon arrival. Review items carefully before purchase; contact us with questions pre-sale.
Defective Products and DOA Claims
If an item arrives defective, including a Dead on Arrival (DOA) console, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims require a clear, continuous unboxing video (starting before the shipping box is opened and showing the failure to operate), supporting photos, and other evidence. No claims, returns, or remedies will be processed without this required proof.
Limited Warranty (Custom Consoles)
All custom consoles include a 6-month limited warranty covering defects caused by our installation (e.g., a loose solder connection).
Determination of Remedy: We reserve the exclusive right to determine the most cost-effective remedy for an approved claim (e.g., repair or replacement).
Repair Process: If repair is selected, we will select and authorize a trusted regional technician (e.g., USA, UK, EU, Singapore). If no regional technician is available, the item must be shipped to us in Indonesia.
Customer Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including duties and taxes) associated with sending the console to and from the authorized repair location or to and from us in Indonesia.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover user-caused issues (bricking, physical damage, corrupted systems), defects unrelated to the custom modification (e.g., WiFi, display issues), or damage caused by an unauthorized technician. Modded consoles void original manufacturer warranties.
Non-Warranty Fee: If a technician determines the claim is NOT covered by the warranty (e.g., user damage, No Fault Found), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable inspection fees.
Remedies for Defects
Repair vs. Replacement: If a defect is confirmed, we will either send the item for repair (as outlined above), or if the item is officially deemed unrepairable OR if we determine replacement is the most cost-effective option (e.g., replacement cost is less than shipping/repair), we will send a replacement unit at no additional cost. We will not require the return of the original item in the case of a cost-effective replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos/videos. We will provide a return label or offer a replacement or other solution.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only as a last resort for defective items that cannot be repaired or replaced. The defective item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories. No refunds will be processed if the item is missing parts, shows signs of tampering, or has been opened.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries per courier terms (weather, disasters, etc.).
Email Communication
By purchasing via Ecwid, you consent to us emailing order updates, shipping info, or offers. Transactional emails are mandatory; you may opt out of marketing offers via unsubscribe links.
User Comments
If enabled, “User Comments” grants us an unrestricted, perpetual license to use them. Do not violate third-party rights or post illegal/obscene content—you are legally responsible for your posts. We don’t endorse comments and may remove content that violates these Terms.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Links to YouTube, Odysee, Ecwid, etc., are for convenience. We are not liable for the content or policies of third-party sites—use them at your own risk.
Prohibited Uses of Site
Don’t:
Post content harming our reputation.
Disrupt other users or Site security.
Use bots/scrapers to copy Content.
Registration, Accounts, and Passwords
No registration is needed to browse. Ecwid manages your order details—you are responsible for the security of any account information used there. Contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its Content are provided “as is” with no warranties (merchantability, fitness, etc.) beyond the specific limited “Product Warranty” section. We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect, consequential, etc.) arising from Site use or the inability to use the site, even if warned. Some jurisdictions may grant extra rights that override this limitation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or any breach of these Terms.
Disputes
For disputes, you must notify us in writing first. We will respond within 30 business days. If unresolved, disputes will be handled exclusively by Indonesian courts.
